Return Policy – Salinas Jewelry

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


✅ Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached

  • Items must include the original packaging

  • All items must be returned in one package

  • Returns must use the same shipping service as the original delivery

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned


❌ Return of Defective or Incorrect Items

To return damaged or incorrect items, please do the following:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at support@salinasjewelry.com

  2. Provide a photo and a description of the issue

  3. Include the order number related to the item

Once we review the case, we’ll contact you to determine your desired outcome.
Please note: All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


🔁 Exchanges (e.g. wrong size or color)

If the size is incorrect or you wish to change the color, you may return the item.
However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging or carry the company label

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

When sending a return, clearly mark the package as a return on the postal form, and include the total value of the returned items.


💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time to officially post

  3. Contact your bank – processing time can vary
